With more than two decades of training experiences, Jasen developed his passion for Human Resource Development (HRD) when he was managing the learning and development needs of about 3,000 employees in an MNC. He was later appointed the Regional HRD Consultant and Master Trainer for two American consultancy organizations. A structured thinker with a calm demeanour, Jasen is highly skilled at breaking complex concepts into “bite-sizes” for easy grasping by the participants.
Jasen had previously served as Regional Consultant for two renowned American organizations. A trained engineer, MC began his career with Hewlett-Packard (HP) Singapore as a Manufacturing Engineer. He championed knowledge transfer to HP’s sub-contractor from Singapore to JB, Malaysia during the move of the keyboard production line.

Later, he joined The Singapore Mint to develop the coin collection and collectibles business in Singapore and with worldwide Channel partners. He ran promotions and managed tradeshows locally and overseas. It is here that MC discovered his passion for business development and sales.
