Experience

In people management, Anthony’s experience spans across various appointments ranging from operational, instructional and staff at the headquarters of the previous organization, many of which exposed him to managing different groups of people that spans across the organization.

During the last few years, he has worked with an extensive range of industries spanning the financial, manufacturing, hi-tech, pharmaceutical, hospitality and other sectors. He has engaged with various management levels ranging from Country heads, Managing Directors, Heads of Department to Managers and Supervisors.
Apart from developing leaders and growing organizational culture, Anthony has a flair for service excellence. In 2008, he was involved in the training of the retail, F&B and other service sectors in preparation of the inaugural Singapore Grand Prix, to propel them to the next curve in customer service excellence.
