World of Work allows you to explore over 1000 job roles and 31 associated industries via Singapore Industry Landscape and Learn about Job Roles.
Singapore Industry Landscape provides you with information such as the industry background and facts and figures related to the industry. Learn about Job Roles gives you information such as description of the job role, tasks and qualifications needed for the job role.
The portal will also suggest interesting job roles, trending jobs and jobs that people are reading about. You can also compare up to three different job roles, and save job roles that you are interested in as favourites to store in My ePortfolio.
Information on the various industries and job roles is obtained from the respective lead agencies and industry partners as well as from Jobs Bank and other relevant government sources. A rich pool of information has also been acquired from the Skills Development Division (SDD) of SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) that builds Singapore’s industry frameworks and job competencies.
This information is refreshed bi-annually in accordance to industry updates and developments.
