For Adult Learners and Tertiary Students
Please submit your enquiries on the MySkillsFuture Workforce Portal. Alternatively, you can also call the One Call Centre (OCC) at 6785 5785. Call centre operating hours are from 8:30am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday) and from 8:30am to 1pm on Saturday (Closed on Sunday and Public Holidays). Queries related to SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) and SFC-eligible courses can be found in the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
