Learn about Job Roles gives you in-depth information such as job role description, skills required, RIASEC compatibility (based on your Career Interests results), career progression pathway, and related course/programme listing.
The portal will also suggest suitable job roles, based on your results from the career interests tool. This allows you to explore and consider potential industries and occupations that match your profile. You can also compare up to three different job roles and save job roles that you are interested in as favourites to store in My ePortfolio.
Information on the various industries and job roles is obtained from the respective lead agencies and industry partners as well as from Jobs Bank and other relevant government sources. A rich pool of information has also been acquired from the Skills Development Division (SDD) of SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) that builds Singapore’s industry frameworks and job competencies.
This information is refreshed bi-annually in accordance to industry updates and developments.
