Advances in technology and healthcare have led to an increasingly ageing population, resulting in the demand for care services to increase substantially. Adult education, along with workplace learning and development, has seen rapid change due to the shifting demographics. HR practices will also need to transform to look after workforce mental well-being and facilitate skills acquisition.

It’s no surprise that this has led the care economy to become one of the fastest-expanding economic sectors globally.
